Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered or access to the download has been provided.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Therefore, we do not normally offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind after digital content has been delivered.

However, we want you to have a positive experience with ZenSoulSpirits. If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive an incorrect file, are charged more than once for the same order, or are unable to access the digital product you purchased, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement download when appropriate.
